Good Morning, afternoon or evening. I'm still not smoking! Yeah me! Day 5 begins! It gets a little easier everyday. Last night I had a training session at work. I missed sitting around the bay chatting with everyone, but most of them smoke and I didn't feel strong enough to be out there with the temptation. This is a good week to stop smoking. Most of my week is being spent in the office. Naturally I can't smoke inside, and I work alone for the most part, so there isn't much temptation.
