Well, still no offers on the house. I'm beginning to wonder if this is going to happen. That wouldn't be the worst scenario but it would require me hitting the pavement and getting a new (and less flexible) job. I don't expect this one to last much longer.

I know we're still outside the 45 day escrow frame but I would have thought we'd gotten at least one low-ball offer by now. *shrugs*

We had an interesting group come by last night. He'd called our realtor from just ouside the house. She called us to see if we were home. LOL! The gentleman coming to see it was dressed in long black robes and had a big cross hanging (to about his waist) on a large-linked gold chain. I think he's part of the Greek Orthodox Catholic church that is being built just a block or so away. The 3 of them (him, the realtor and his daughter(?)) wizzed through so fast, I wonder if they saw anything?!? The realtor did comment on the abundance of pokemon fabric in Sam's room. LOL!

I know this sounds really silly, but when folks wiz through so fast I wanna say "Hey, what's wrong? Don't you like my house?!?" LOL! Told you it was silly.

Our wonderful (and I mean that) realtor wants to have another open house this coming Sunday. *sighs* I really love having the house so clean, but I really hate feeling like I can't live in my own house because we're under constant threat of an imminent inspection by a prospective buyer. Yeah, I'm just wankin.

We might go to the beach that day. Bob can't participate in fighter practice yet and neither of us are real motivated to go after last Sunday. No, we weren't really put off by anthing that happened... just need a break to refocus.

I can't believe July is almost over
