After spending a day and a half outside, Bad Cat went for the familiar, comfy bed--on top of me. She meowed at the door in the morning, but it didn't open for her. When I left for church I managed to get out without her dashing by. In other words, she was inside all day. We'll see how she is tomorrow.

It wasn't much of a day here--I took an afternoon nap and then started reading the Harry Turtledove novelette in the latest Analog. He's got Holmes and Watson-type characters as the major protagonists. And the setting is a "primitive" country that has a wide assortment of ethnic types. Turtledove definitely had his tongue in his cheek when he created the setting.

(Last week the Analog with this story arrived in the mail. That's five issues within three weeks.)

As I said, another IUD.
