About the same, except that I pulled up weeds and dewberries late this morning. It was quite warm, so de-weeding was followed by a shower.

I thought for a while it was going to rain, and in fact there were a couple of sprinkles while I was weeding. However, that ended just about as I was ready to call it quits and give the dewberries a temporary reprieve.

I started a new book this afternoon--it's the diary of a Yugoslavian/Serbian woman and her thoughts and feelings as Belgrade was bombed in the 90s. I learned about her diary from the Iraqi woman artist who told what it was like in the early 1990s during the massive bombings of Baghdad etc.

(Once I finish the current book I'm going to need to read a bunch of really light and fluffy stuff, with no emotional content.)
