That's the time my orthopedist starts morning appointments. And that's the time I request. There is minimal waiting at that hour, and everyone is still in a good mood.

I was out of there by a bit after eight. My plan was to get my foot claws clipped, but they don't open till about ten. Therefore, a coffee and reading stop at PJ's was in order. Coffee AND a cappucchino chocolate chip muffin.

And then it was relaxing and being pampered. I now have painted toenails. It's sort of a flesh color, which hides the ugly nails themselves, yet chips will not be glaringly obvious. The last time my toenails had polish on them was 1963, when we were in California for six months. I don't know why I polished them then, but I did.

The place I go at WalMart includes a marvelous creaming and massaging of the legs and feet. If you're getting fingers done too you get creamed and massaged in the arms. I walked out of there so relaxed I almost collapsed into a happy puddle!

When I got home I took a nice long nap.

Therefore, not much got done today. I may yet run the vacuum around. I will definitely put trash out and other such exciting activities, but that's it for today. I am still relaxed from this morning.
