And There I Was

And there I was--walking out of the men's room just as the university president passed by. He greeted me without any apparent surprise at where I'd been.

And why should he? Lots of female staff and faculty use the one-holer Faculty Men's because the women's room is way at the other end of the building. Our department secretary keeps the key on her desk. And I am quite sure that the other offices have a master key equally at hand.

One more day of classes for me. And I still have not tackled those paperlets. And--there will be another batch turned in on Wednesday.

However, I'll have a full week to work on those--my class has their final a week after the last day of classes.

When the semester is completely over I'll go back to three days a week at the Women's Center. Tomorrow I MUST check on when the university will be closed.

The weather has cooled down enough that I am actually in the mood for yard work and other clean-up. My weeding of the "front" lawn last spring has paid off--almost no weed regrowth, and those that did begin to come up will get pulled over the break.

I got talked into joining Holidailies again this year--I've been doing this since about its first or second year.
