Ornery Pest passed along this "tag-fest":

Grab any old book that's handy and go to page 123 and go to the fifth sentence and copy down the next three sentences.

"That's terrible," I said, horrified. "Wonder what happened to the boy?"

Sally shook her head pessimistically.

This is taken from Charlaine Harris' A Bone to Pick, which I finished yesterday or the day before.

Today, however, was a work day, and when I got there I found two more cartons of stuff from the person my age. (Actually, I'm four months older.)

And some of the materials in these boxes helped fill out the person's life, but left another question. I still don't know the date of her divorce from hubby #1, or when and how she met #2, but I ran across a tidbit that suggests that #2 walked out on her and disappeared.

Work today had a somewhat noisy background. Something to do with replacing climate-control ducting. The workmen were quite glad to see me there early, because they could get started.

When I got home I was greeted, as usual, by Lady. Then I saw Emma coming from across the street and down a bit, where she one lived. And than I spotted CC. She's decided it's fun outside. Lots of stuff to explore.

As you can tell, it was definitely an IUD>
