It's warming up today. When the cats come inside and jump on me their feet are not little ice cubes.

It's still cool enough that they want lap time--I think it has to be at least 85F for them not to be interested in sharing body heat. Lady spent the night curled up tightly in my armpit. I think CC spent the night on the bathroom rug--which is adjacent to the floor vent.

With the warmer air, however, comes increaased humidity and the chance of showers. Oh well, you can't have everything.

And today I WILL get cards written and mailed. It's several years since I last sent any. Probably it was before Katrina, but there are some people who still have me on their list. I guess if I'd died they'd be sent back by the post office or something. When my mother passed I had the P.O. forward stuff to me.

Oh well--that won't be my problem.
