When I got back from my Arby supper I closed the gate behind me.
My porch lights are unlit.

I'm not expecting anyone, but one never knows. If somebody does appear, I'll let the little beggar take ONE scoop from the penny bucket.

This afternoon I got rid of the remains of one burn pile by addidng it to the as-yet-unburned one. This gives me back my regular parking place. It also gives me a mild (very) sense of accomplishment.

I should be able to get more done tomorrow--there's no
Saints game. (It's Monday evening.)

I don't think I'll be up too late--my body is asking me when the heck it can get a rest. I would not be surprised to find myself watching TV/reading through closed eyelids.
