By that I mean that my last day of work in this week was actually on a Friday. And I got quite a bit done.

When I got to the campus I had to wait a couple of minutes till the ROTC people finished their runs up and down the street. A couple looked in rather poor shape at the end. I hope none of them had an 8 AM exam today.

And I continue to work my way through the bazillion or so letters received by this woman. At least I'm no longer reading missives from her bigoted mother.

Instead, it's her husband's developing Alzheimer's. And that is distressing and sad. At least I didn't have that to cope with.

The weather is back to being coolish and I am more or less looking forward to tackling yard work this weekend.

Okay--on Saturday. Sunday there is a Saints home game at 3:05.

I'll end up today with a really old one: When is a door not a door?
