In fact, it was so nice that I did a bit of yard work--not much, but a bit. YK did a really good job of cleanup.

I dumped the old newspapers in the turtle pond, and found a large empty turtle shell on the top step of the pool. I've set it aside for YGD, next time I see her or her mother. I suspect that YK spotted it and set it in a safe place.

I took advantage of the nice weather and read the newspaper outside. Had a slight problem with the black creature who INSISTED on being friendly. He won, and kept my lap from floating away while I read.

Tomorrow is an away game for the Saints, and I need to check out the time.

CC is reminding me that it is late afternoon and SHE IS HUNGRY. Guess I'd better take care of that little matter.
