Accomplishments:

a couple of naps

banging on mailbox to get it to close, and making hinges from yellow duct tape. (I might have to buy a new box--its current condition is courtesy of Katrina.)

short nap in the morning

petting cats

finishing Grafton book

watching stupid people on Judge Mathis

trying to think of a "thank you" for when I ask my neighbor to install new mailbox--which I have yet to buy and paint. (My husband was always helping others--this is my karmic reward, I think.)

Spring has definitely sprung--I have the AC on in my office room and the fan in the den. And I'm wearing a tank top and shorts.

And now it is high time for me to feed the outdoor beasties. (I already fed the cats their wet food.)

Yesterday Mama Goldie was almost onto the porch while I was still there, she was so anxious for that dry cat food. She is really pretty, but of course that is not a really practical color out in the woods. And I think she's chased off last year's children--they have to find their own territory.

End of daily drivel--CC is trying to do edits with her tail.
