had better be the charm!! I got about two paragraphs into today's post and a finger hit just the wrong key. The paragraph went to electronic limbo, I guess.

Tried again--lost it again.

Worked on household bookeeping stuff for a while this afternoon, then discovered that not only was my kitchen clock dead, but I had no AA batteries.

Down to Walgreen's and a big pack of AA batteries.

Consolation: I got a three piece mild white meat meal at Popeye's. That will take two days to consume.

The oil "leak" continues to head the local news. The well is still pumping it out and there's deep concern about shrimp and oyster beds.

Interesting note--the Coast Guard admiral giving all that news is a woman. Rear Admiral Mary Landry. Times have definitely changed, haven't they!

I definitely have a big case of spring fever--there's so much that I want to do--and even more that needs to be done--but (at the moment) my get up and go has got up and went.

My car really needs a bath--I may try to go by the car wash tomorrow. I think it's less junk-filled than usual at the moment. I can't recall the last time I had it washed.

Another ho hum day--hope I'll sleep well tonight.
