Today was a this and that day--just about all little stuff.

It started well with my waking up at a decent hour--somewhere between 7 and 8.

I got some little stuff done around the house, and gave thought to maybe doing stuff outside.

Common sense tossed that idea out the window.

I had a really nice nap after lunch. Weather has cooled down a bit, and at the moment it's relatively low humidity. Tonight should be a really good one for sleeping. I will definitely need a cover of some kind, based on the weather report. I'll probably use the giant beach towel I got from the Blood Center--it's the right size and weight. And there will no doubt be a cat or two to keep the towel from blowing away.

I sure do hope that this cooler, less humid weather continues. It's a lot easier to get stuff done when you're not drowning in your own perspiration. (Old joke: horses sweat, gentlemen perspire, ladies glow. I'd just as soon not glow--or any of the others.)

As I said--basically an IUD.
