Lots of Work

Today was a long one.

I like to be on the road by about 6 AM--much less traffic, and more parking places available.

I got my "usual" breakfast at the McDonald's on the way--sausage biscuit and senior coffee. That's under $2, and edible and drinkable while driving. (I put the coffee in a more secure cup with a handle.)

The drive in was blessedly uneventful, and I found a prime parking spot right in front of the building I work in.

And--got a bunch more done on the current project.

My afternoon appointment had to be switched to a phone appointment. I found a nice shady spot just off the interstate and on the way home. What more could one ask.

My cats let me know they were glad to see me. My girl has "discovered" a three foot tall tree stump which is good not only for studying the surrounding area, but also for bathing.

(I would like to be reincarnated as an old lady's beloved house cat.)

I told you it was an unremarkable day--and lots of work got done.
