Y'all didn't miss much while Jscape decided to play tricks.

I really don't want to talk about that subject because it might jinx things.

Today was a slow one. I don't think I was even close to another human. I had no need to dash to a nearby carries-almost-everything store, such as WalMart or Walgreen's.

I did sneak in a brief sinking spell around noon, but that was about it. (And it didn't involve either people or cats.)

It feels like it should be Saturday, but my phone (and the newpaper) insist that it's Friday. Fine with me--that makes me feel like it's a three-day weekend.

(The term for the above feelings is "temporal discombobulation.")
