My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

I was reading Ornery Pest's entry for today and felt I had to comment.

First comment: it's a royal pain in the you know what to even get to where you can comment, which is why I'm commenting this way.

Second--and most important: You recommended throwing out old textbooks.

ARRGGHHH !!!

Don't throw away books--especially potentially educational books.

Find an agency (such as Good Will or Salvation Army---or some similar agency) that will get them to areas where people have none--and little, if any, money to spend on them.

Try to picture a life with no reading material at all. With no reading material available, you probably wouldn't bother to learn to read.

Recycle books--don't be a book burner (figuratively speaking).
