Translation: pedicure afternoon.

Not only do my feet get scrubbed and massaged, but any stray hairs on the lower legs magically disappear.

It was a relatively slow afternoon at the nail salon. When I got there a young woman with a baby was getting her legs done. And the baby was getting her lunch. Discreetly, but times sure have changed since my kids were nursing infants. The guy that runs the salon didn't bat an eye, nor did anyone else.

After I was done there I picked (and paid for) the usual "couple of things" that I needed.

And then it was home again, home again, jiggety jog.

(Question: what had I gone to buy? See how good your Mother Goose is.)

[ Have I mentioned that it was essentially an IUD? ]

Little by little it's getting warmer. So far, however, I've made use of the fan very little. Of course, a couple of months from now, it will be another story.

Okay--I've run out of stuff to blither on about.

Definitely another IUD.
