At the moment, I plan to go in to work tomorrow. I haven't finished typing up the stuff I brought home, but this way I can get more to bring home.

Mentally, I think I'm ready to end the "vacation" and get back to work.

Besides--there's air conditioning all over the place there--not just one room like my house.


This afternoon my next door neighbor (the one with cats and barking dogs) came by to ask if I'd seen one of her cats, who had been startled by something or other and taken off running.

She checked the garage but got no response to her calls.

And then we chatted for a while.

(Oops!--I just noticed a note to myself regarding the need for a future doctor appointment. Oh well--it will have to wait till tomorrow or the next day. Or the day after that. It's just for something routine.)

The number of visiting raccoons seems to be decreasing--guess this year's batch are starting to establish their own teritories, and come spring will be making a new batch of little ones.

And that about sums up yet another IUD.
