No, I'm not dead in a ditch somewhere. Things have just been insane the past few months, first in a good way, and, the past two days, in a really bad way.

So, over half a year ago, the Kitty family packed up and moved from San Jose up to the Pacific Northwest because I accepted a new job. I'm not comfortable saying outright who it's with, but let's just say they probably make your operating system.

No, I'm not in that software division. I'm a software tester (I can see the jokes already!) in their online business meeting group. Still, I have to say, the people here are very smart, very driven. I feel seriously undergunned.

Been frantically trying to make up, catch up, speed up. All I can say is that, in the end, I'm burned out and wondering if I'm out of my depth.

This has happened before. I've recovered, and made a good 'home' for myself at those jobs. This one, I'm not so sure. I need this to work.
