Each day, cloudy, rainy or sunny. Yes, even the harsh and hot ones from a few months ago.

Every friendly word, be it in the real, on the phone, email or IM. (Friendly words need not always be pleasant to swallow, too. They need only be from a friend's heart. If anything, saying those needed harsh words to a friend are the most draining, so when someone says them to me, I listen with a most appreciative spirit.)

A job where I can break things for fun and profit. Then again, as software tester, that is indeed my job. I good at it; I just wish I were better.

An awareness that I am good at many things. I won't go into what they are, or how good I am, but I am grateful to friends for cluebatting me (repeatedly) until I saw what I could do.

Friends who understand when I have to withdraw. Not from them, but from their wakes, from those affected by them.
