Memo to VARs (Value Added Resellers, a fancy way of saying "companies who sell computers): Please ship real restore disks, instead of shipping the data on the hard disk.
Memo to end users: If your computer has the system restore disks in image form on the hard disk, USE THE APP TO BURN THEM TO DVD/CD!!!
It's a catch-22: if you don't burn the system restore disks, then you won't be able access the software to create those same disks when you MOST NEED THEM.
