It's before noon on a holiday and I've already been up for four hours.

No kidding. I woke up about 6:30, tried to go back to sleep for awhile, and finally gave up about 7:15. Now if I can only manage to do this tomorrow when I actually have to get up at 7:15, I'll be all set.

It is very cold here, but for some reason it's not bothering me (yet) as much as last winter. Probably because I haven't had to be out in it unless I want to, which won't be the case once classes start tomorrow. I think the fact that it wasn't this cold (for me, at least, since I spent most of December in Oklahoma) until now is also helping; last year it got cold in mid-October and it was pretty cold the whole time I was at home, too. Also it's sunny when it isn't snowing, and that always helps my mood. For a relative night person, my moods can be very much affected by sunlight (or lack thereof).

I don't really have much to say today. The OU guys play on Big Monday tonight so I'm moving the sports entry to Wednesday this week (if you've been watching the OU guys play lately, you also realize I get to put off dealing with the humiliation). Now I have to dry my hair and put on sixteen layers of clothes so I can go dig my car out from the latest snowfall.
