There's only a few hours left until they announce the winners of the novel contest I entered. It was the first contest I had ever entered and really didn't think I was going anywhere, I was just looking forward to getting some feedback from the judges. Then, a couple of weeks ago they told me I was a finalist and asked for my last 25 pages.

Now, I'm freaking the F out and I cannot wait any longer. With my luck I won't be notified until Friday.

Oh sweet Jesus will somebody please tell me something?

I know it's going to be second place. There is no way,with an entry I thought wouldn't even place, could win. No way!

All right. I'm just sitting here going crazy. Drumming my fingers. Biting my nails. Pulling my hair out.
