So we're slated to move into our new house this week.

Can't wait. Lots of packing to do this weekend.

But there's something bringing me down.

What do we do with our two cats, Wes and Gidget? (Ok, so they're really mine, but that's irrelevant)

The thing is, Matt is REALLY allergic to them. He's been dealing with it for the past 6 years, sometimes with a grin, sometimes not.

He likes the cats, they just make him sick. His reasoning is that if we're moving into a clean, new house, we shouldn't bring them with us.

*BIG SIGH*

I've had Gidget for 9 years and Wes for 8. They're my little babies.

But Matt is my husband.

He always says I love them more than I love him (he's giving me a hard time, but still)

He has had asthma all his life and that combined with the cats isn't very conducive to a happy healthy Matthew.

I've half heartedly asked around about anyone I know taking them, but to no avail. If I have to give them away I want to know they're well loved and taken care of and I want to know that they're still together. They're buddies; brother and sister; compadres.

Every time I think about having to give them away, I start crying.

jjeumshsj.. oh sorry, I was wiping the tears from my eyes, I couldn't see the keyboard.

I just wish one of my friends could or would take them so I would at least know they were in good hands and I could still see them.

*'NOTHER BIG SIGH*

Well, I'm going to go check the classifieds.
