So, one of the fun things about running the Danielblog is that I get access to all sorts of wacky stats about blog viewership. One of my favorites is the list of referral keywords - in other words, what did people who found the site using a search engine type to get there. Here are the referral keywords from the past month:

  • u.s bureaucracy

  • why did the boxer rebellion breakout in china

  • creepy facts about genocides in yugoslavia

  • reports on knights in shining armor

  • the bombing of nagaski (sic) in world war 2

  • norman angell

  • income tax-iran

  • daniel starr

I'm strangely tempted to change the tagline of the blog to "DanielStarr.com - where America does its history homework!"

Though, in fairness, it's not just Americans. Logs reveal that Daniel's blog has been visited by ( in descending order by number of sessions) readers from Singapore, Canada, Japan, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the Seychelles, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, Israel, China, Italy, Romania, Mexico, Niue (?), New Zealand, Kyrgyzstan, Taiwan, and Greece.

I don't even know where Niue is.
