I was in a meeting this morning, in which we discussed, among other things, the division of a project team into "pigs" and "chickens". The metaphor being that in a breakfast of bacon and eggs, the chicken is a contributor, but the pig is fully committed.

I had to bite my tongue to keep from making the observation that a more typical breakfast for me would be cereal with almonds, which would invite division of the team into "flakes" and "nuts".
