I finally emerged again from the hellish pits of the rock I've lived under lately... actually, it's given me a chance to work on my own writing and try to focus on my family more -so that's why I've not been around as much. Sorry about that.

I'm in the process of completing a Detective short story! I've had a blast trying my hand in a new genre and I have truly been pleased with this one so far: my title is: "DEAD AIR" and it will go into my critique group and get chopped before I submit it anywhere.

I have a serious ear infection and it has truly been hell to deal with.

My car is in the shop --the head gasket must be replaced --setting me back well over a grand. Now I find out it also needs a new tension belt too. Keep padding to the bill and watch me go into the shithole. *cusses and blows chunks*

And my kitty seems to be coughing up a hair ball. OH goody goody that will be fun ....
