I've sold my gun. wasn't using it anymore. and storage fees and membership were costing too much i got 350$ for it from the gun club i baught it at.
i even went out and got two safes for the gun and ammo and was on my way to getting my licence, guess i lost interest.

cat and i have just returned for thailand where we went for a get away and somewhat a second honey moon as the fist time there was heaps of drama with the flight being delayed by a day and always being busy no time to relax.
cat for a tattoo on her ankle of a baby tiger and noah under and i got NOAH in old english writing can and i did some editing in paint so it looked a bit more read able, i also got an eagle on my right shoulder come around the front and the back.
we did elephant trekking, watched a monkey shower and snake show. we did some flying fox thing.
but mainly we just sat in the pool bar or watched simpsons or dvds we had got over there, we had to buy another dvd player as the one in our room didn't play theses discs. cat was sick for the first few days then she got better then i got sick for a night and day then a couple days after i got better cat got sick again.
it was a flu.

Anyway when we had come back noah cats son my step son,
wasn't home and was still at his dad house he found out we were in thailand and instead of just having noah for the normal time he kept him for longer,
even when we got bach he still didn't want to give him back but he was at work and his girlfriend eventually gave him to cat i was at home sleep as i didn't get much sleep on the plane if any.
once tim(her ex) found out we got him back he started with threats on cat and our marriage he said cat has cheated on me. later that night he came to the house with his mommy and girlfriend cat and gayle were at the screen door deciding weather to let them in or not, i wanted to shut the door on them as he had no right to be there.
anyway gayle talked cat into letting them him which really annoyed me since when they were talking there were just corning cat with convosation was removed from the room by gayle after i asked tim why he wanted to ruin my marriage.
i waited in the other room and listened in. they were doing everything to avoid mediation, in the end i had to get cat out the room and advise her against what they were saying because basically he wanted noah monday to thursday,
he works so i don't see why and cat would see even less of him then.
we told them mediation is where will will be sorting everything out they were not happy.

next time it came for tim to have noah again he asked for an extra day then demanded another.
was meant to be thur-mon
then sunday cat gets a call saying he wont be giving him back till wednesday.
so on tuesday she gets a call saying not till the following monday can she have him back.
cat got really upset and gayle myself and cat drove to his house to get(try) him. he wasn't home so we waited around the corner till he drove past went we got to his house there was no baby seat in the cat and he didn't answer the door. cat called the police but there is nothing they can do about getting him back as there is no court order.
he rang the next night and said she will not be getting him back until mediation is complete (can takes months)
so cat went and got her self a lawyer and took him to court the judge ruled he give him back immediately .
i wasn't there as i was at work, but i been told he got caught lying to the judge about the days he normally has him and when his appointments were for his speech.
cat has noah back now but her lawyer recommended she continue to let noah go to his dads if she believes its safe and if he doesn't give him back for the third time she can get a court order straight away. i am not happy with this i don't think tim should see him as what he did was wrong. cat has never stopped him from seeing his son and yet he does it to her.
all this court case and lawyer is said cost us over $3,000
i could go see my daughter heaps of time with that money :(
anyway it needed to be done.

cat and i have been fighting allot lately and it feel like everything we go out she is flirting with someone i know i used to do it but that was long ago before i was in love.
everyone does flirt but not that obvious she says she does it because she is trying to get my attention but yet she dos try include her self with what im doing.

been a few times were i've just wanted to end it but i cant bring myself to it. i love her.
after our big fights though we are happier then ever and we cant see why were where fighting in the first place.

we have been trying for a child this last week but now we are not sure if its the right thing to do.
but as far as i know cat hasn't started back on the pill again. ill find out thursday if she is pregnant
i have a feeling she is and i think it'll be a girl.

we got a puppy an 8 week old english staffy cost $1100
but she is worth it, she does whinge a lot at the moment and goes to toilet all over the house. but she is soo cute and forgiven straight away.
my noah likes to play with her but he is a bit ruff so i have to keep an eye on him.
older noah loves her and apparently wants to spend a lot of time with her.
Xena is my dog and cat had to talk me into getting her. i had to fill out all this paper work for her and all i wanted to do was sleep because i had hay fever and was drinking. when we were taking her home she dumped a huge load on the back of cats new rav4 we had to stop at the servo and get water and paper to clean it up.
cat cleaned it up pretty quick.
gayle was not to impressed by the new addition as she didn't know about her.
it didn't help xena had diahroia for the first 3 days and was going about 8 times a day. we took her to the vet and he said she was fine and healthy and just gave us some medicine to make her solid again.

TAB
an old work mate and old house mate(same person) Dave has got me into the Tab betting lately
it is fun to do but can cost a bit of money if you don't bet safe.
i mainly bet on a place not a win. a place is a safe bet but at the same time the odds are lower.
i've been about three times and made about $200
i've come out winning all tree times.

Cassie
Cat and i adopted a cat for gayle, a 5 year old greyish brownish whitish cat gayle named her Cassie. who would think it would cost to adopt a cat i mean aren't we doing it a favour?
130 wasted.
cat recently though it has run away as she was noting coming home for dinner anymore till cat went into the spare room where she had been locked in for about 5 days
it was lucky she was still alive she has half a mouse while she was in there though. you think she would meow for help.
