Where to begin....
Cat spent the last 4 weeks in hospital before we had logan at 11:52am on friday the 4th April.
i would go see cat everyday in hospital bringing her little goodies to make the boring stay a bit better.
it gets very tyring going back and forth each day.
i also had to take noah to school certain days and pick him up certain days too, all up i only missed seeing cat one day and thats because i had to get noah early from school to take him to the doctors for spots on his arm.
cat had to spend her birthday in hospital which would have sucked.
cat was induced on the 4th and the doctor broke her waters, she got an epidural(big needle) in the spine to numb her lower half. as soon as it was numb she was pain free for the first time in months so nautrally she went to sleep.
the midwife woke her up, as the babies heart beat couldnt be found as easy. they then asked cat if she needed to go toilet she couldnt move her legs so the midwife when to put a cafiter up her and when she did she say the babies head.
big suprise as he wasnt expected for a couple hours yet.
after 9 pushes he was out and screaming.
when they first put logan on cat for the first time someone said i think its a girl, as i cut the cord.
after a few mins the doctor asked do you want to know what it is? and when they check again there it was a big set of nuts defently not a girl.
he was 44cm long. 4pound 8 Ounces. smallest baby of mine yet.

Logan stayed up in the birth unit for an hour before getting moved to prem baby care. i followed him down.

i went back up later to see cat and helped her shower as he legs where still numb. cat stayed in hospital for the rest of the day and was released the next day.
he dad and step mom where in perth at the time and were very lucky to have shared n the experiance. My parents had just left to go to South Africa to see family, I rang my dad later at night and told him the good news.
