For preschool, they sent home a sheet asking about LB's name-what it means and why we chose it. It took some digging to come up with all the names (he's got an English one and a Hebrew one) and then using the internet we were able to look up meanings.

I was particularly amused by the distinctly different feels of the two names. We didn't even look at name meanings when we chose them, we simply looked at who we were naming him after.

So, his English names mean:
Famous warrior & Brave as a bear

His Hebrew ones are:
God of help & Blessed

I joked to Phil that we should start calling him by his Hebrew name, but in reality he is a gentle, kind and caring kid.
