Today's class went well. I presented my "what makes me interesting" notes and they went over very well. Thanks everybody! Since I lived through those experiences, I tend to think of them as ordinary, and only when I tell them to others to I realize how extraordinary they really are.

I also culled some tips and notes from conversations and suggestions given to others, which can stand me in good stead in the future. All in all, I'm getting good things from this course.

This week's assignment is to come back next week, prepared to tell two stories to the group about me. We'll take those stories and use them as an example of how to springboard them (which equates to me) to the pitch or reading request when I make my calls.
