I've called Jill, a writer and fellow Cornellian who I met at a recent short film festival. Jill is a television writer, a very nice woman, and we made the decision to get together for lunch "sometime." So today I called Jill to set up a lunch date. I had to leave a message, so I'll follow up with her again tomorrow. (That won't, however, count as my Thursday call.)
