I have spoken with PARSA numerous times. It is now going on ten months and my father has nothing to show for his $2700. I have been told over and over and over that they will get back to me- but NO DICE! I was told- when I pretended to be a new customer- that it takes 30-60 days to complete. I was told that the longest that it has taken is 4 months...at that point, I pointed out that my father is now in his ten month. They said that they would check into it...then I got a bizillion excuses- however, the one question they will not answer is this..."WHEN IS HE ENTITLED TO A REFUND?"
