Nov. 2: Food Choices, The Super Salad

The list of things that were included in my lunch salad included lots the following: kale, mint and purple basil, red chard, radish sprouts, fresh garlic, broccoli, dandelion greens, arugula, spinach, and two types of parsely.

I avoided fast food all day, and had a light but good dinner, and now that I think about it, the day was totally vegitarian.

Nov. 3: This morning I had an Odwalla BerriesGoMega that has a bunch of berry stuff and ground flax. It's supposed to be healthy.

Lunch in 15. I'm feeling walky, so perhaps I'll grab something quick and just walk around. Hopefully it's warmed up since this morning.
