Plain Banter
. . . lies about science fiction, and everything else.

When the writer becomes the center of his attention, he becomes a nudnik. And a nudnik who believes he's profound is even worse than just a plain nudnik. -- Isaac Bashevis Singer

In The Loop

I just saw the June issue of Analog, and the "In Times To Come" section says I have a story in the July/August double issue. The story is "In The Loop" -- a novelette. I'm happy it's in the double issue, as I've always thought these were better deals than the regular single issues (you get twice the amount of fiction for a couple bucks more). If other folks think like I do, these double issues probably sell a little more on the newsstand than the normal issues, and the more eyeballs that see my work, the better.
