Exercise: primarily walking and climbing stairs.

Haven't been doing the stretching thing because I'm giving my bod a bit of a break to reduce the achyness that struck last week and made it hard to do much of anything. BUT, there is good news. The stretching has been doing some work. I've managed to be on my feet longer without back pain than I was able to when I first started. This bodes well for Christmas and means at least one of my goals is made.

Now I need to work on this stair thing. Five stupid stairs should not make me out of breath. I used to climb 3 times that in Cali, so this is ridiculous. Meh.

Food...food has been bad these past few days. Besides to cookies, it's been a lot of fast food and eating out food. Some of which wasn't necessarily unhealthy, but I'm not sure it would be considered healthy either. Tis the season, right?

And I don't expect it to get much better until after Christmas at the earliest, possibly not until later than that. We'll see. When I am ready to get back on my food watch, I have my new box for my lunch. It's not cute in a bento box cute kind of way, but it is still cute. I've thought about using it the past couple of days, but the husband keeps coming up with lunch. *g*

So, cookies are baked. Tomorrow I bake an apple pie and work on cleaning up my office. My kiddo and her family comes in tomorrow evening.

I may not be running around as much, but I'll still be busy! ;)
