I'm not exercising yet, but I am starting to pack my lunch again. My daughter picked up a couple of actual bento boxes for me yesterday, so I'm going to use them. :)

This is the top of the double tier. These boxes are smaller than I realized, but the two boxes we got together are pretty close to the same amount as the Fit & Fresh box I have.

Yes, we picked up a matching set. This is the top of the side car--a single layer box with snap handles to hold the lid closed.

My first lunch is a Christmas leftovers lunch:

Bottom Tier (top left): Cranberry Sauce, Apple divider, and Olives

Top Tier: Cubed Apples, Snickerdoodle w/Heart Butter Cookie on top, Baby Bel, and Candy Cane

Side Car: Rice, Sweet Potatoes, and leftover Cornish Game Hen.

It really needs a little veggies, so I may add a small salad when I actually eat.

And sorry the pictures are still so bad--a digital camera was not among my Christmas presents this year. ;)

It'll probably be next week before I get back into the exercise routine since we still have the kids' dad over until December 31. And hub hasn't been to work at all this week...and the kids don't go back to school until the 3rd. All of which means that any kind of routine/schedule is going to be nearly impossible to keep.

Still, what little I have done HAS helped. I did make one of my goals and managed to make Christmas dinner with very little back trouble. I can think of only one time it hurt, but the rest of the time I was fine.

I'm very pleased. :)
