The ferrets are: sleeping

Weather: pretty, with a light breeze. Not too hot, not too cold.

Reading: knitting books

Beautiful day. My serial obsession disease has turned me once more to knitting, designing and doing the actual knitting. And then there is the garden. Gregg has been doing a lot of stuff out in the garden, moving dirt about and such. He got a huge load of good planting dirt a couple of weeks ago. THe day we got it I did some of the dirt moving, but five days later my back twerped out on me, and still isn't doing very well. So, Gregg is doing the dirt. I asked what I could do and he said to plan. SO, I got out paper and clipboard and sketched where I wanted to put what, and gathered up my seeds and read lbals to determines sizes and culture requirements. I calculated what colors to put where and directed Gregg to where to put the roses. I planted some seeds, a few, of the sort that can be planted in the fall around here. Last weekend he planted the daylilies and iris and some BLUEBERRIES. I like blueberries.
