Made two more dishes today: chicken stock, which I always like to have on hand in the freezer, and orange-flavored chicken: I saw the recipe on America's Test Kitchen, and it looked good, so I tried it. Very yummy, looked and tasted like what you would get in a decent Chinese restaurant. We had Julia and Dan (sister- and brother-in-law) over for dinner, and it went over well with them, although none of the kids were thrilled by it.
