Made chocolate waffles for breakfast today. These are one of Rose's staples, and we had run out a few days ago. I used the Good Eats recipe (which you can get by searching the Food TV website), substituting 1/2 cup rice flour and 1 cup four-bean flour blend for the flour in the recipe. The leftovers freeze well and can be reheated in the toaster.
