Grilled romaine

We had just acquired some romaine hearts, so I made grilled romaine (an Alton Brown recipe, except I used romano cheese instead of parmesan). Quick summary: cut the romaine hearts in half and brush the cut side with olive oil. Press on a layer of grated cheese and fry in a non-stick pan. We also had omelettes, with cheddar cheese and capers for Debby and for Rose, with cheddar and romano for me. Yummy.
