2006-03-12 6:56 PM Grilled romaine Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (2) We had just acquired some romaine hearts, so I made grilled romaine (an Alton Brown recipe, except I used romano cheese instead of parmesan). Quick summary: cut the romaine hearts in half and brush the cut side with olive oil. Press on a layer of grated cheese and fry in a non-stick pan.
