As I type this, I'm listening to the Red Sox game on my computer. Isn't the internet great?

Today we had leftovers from last night, supplemented by gluten-free popovers. Things like popovers seem to work pretty well gluten-free; I think it would be pretty hard to tell that they were GF if you didn't already know. You know, if you were so inclined, I think you could make them kosher for passover: the leavening all comes from eggs, and you could use potato starch and tapioca flour for the starch (or rice flour and things like that if you're Sephardic).

We also had rice (made with our fantastic rice cooker).
