Well, Jenn kept hounding me and hounding me until I finally said the hell with it and joined Journalscape.

I hadn't updated Peshloni Tourist Office over at sff.net for like a month because a) I so seldom seem to have anything worth reporting and b) I was trying to set up another bloglike thing over at my shiny new domain to replace it, but that wasn't coming together.

So this. I'm going to try to keep this a strictly writing-related journal, as was the original motivation for going online all those years ago. Post what I'm doing or admit I'm not doing anything, etc.

So PTO will probably remain, until it transitions to the shiny new domain, and be more of a place to report on day to day things and rant about politics or point out weird things from the web, etc.

Thank you for your passing interest. Some people around here I've known and have simply done my best to drop off their radar. Others I've never met. But in general, just think of me as that guy who had some horrible illness or disfiguring accident, was gone for a long time, and is now back but makes you a little uncomfortable because you're not sure what to say to him.
