For some reason, I discovered a deep and abiding appreciation for sleep this weekend. I spent most of Sunday out like a light and still had trouble getting out of bed for work today.

I got a smidgen of writing done. Took another 100 words out of Tiga Belas, but I think it's still too long. Eh, 5600 words now. That's not obscene. But I'm also not entirely sure the climax comes off the page. It's a fairly subtle little moment and might go right by someone who's not really paying attention. Perhaps I'll need to put some big pointy "here is your climax," signs around it, which will add words.

Otherwise, I got about 400 words into Vote Phyllis. It's a start, but I need to pick up the pace. This one needs to be finished, as in done finished, by the end of the month. I was supposed to be grinding out 1000 words a day, every day. That is so not happening.
