I was just wondering if hurricane control might be possible. Anyone out the in the meterology field? Anyone have a clue if this might work.
I figure if hurricanes increase in intensity by traveling over warm waters then couldn't you reduce the intensity by "cooling" the storm? What if planes flew over the eye and "seeded" the storm with something like liquid nitrogen? Does anyone think it could be cooled enough to reduce the strength of the storm?
