I don't have much of substance to write today, except that my apartment is a disaster area while I'm trying to decide what to take with me and what to leave behind.  The good news is that I have two interviews set up for my visit to L.A.  One is technically not an interview, but is instead an opportunity to sign papers and line up work.  It's with a temp agency that called me (and emailed me just for good measure).  So technically speaking, I have a job.  Which is comforting and nice.  I like being a temp, oddly enough.  Most people find it degrading, and while I do dislike the people who treat temps like dirt, I usually have a lot of fun being a temp.  It gives you a chance to learn a lot about different kinds of jobs, about the area that you're living in, and do it all without having the long-term responsibilities that come with a permanent position.  In other words, if I hate the job, it'll be over soon anyhow.  And if I love it, it opens doors for other things.  It's a good chance to have a few adventures while I'm getting paid for it.

In any case, I've had a good laugh tonight.  I checked my page visit stats and found that people have been getting my website by searching for information about bounty hunters and rachael ray's black bean soup.  Steven and I had a good laugh about it.  He's the one who came up with the title of this post.  :)
