If you'd like to be notified by email of updates to my blog, please scroll down and look to the left of the screen.  You'll find a place to submit your email to the updater notification do-dad.  Basically it just adds you to a list of people that I'll send out an email to when I update my blog.  Doing it the old fashioned way...  :P
