Over half Brit. I thought I was getting a little too involved in Brideshead Revisited and Gosford Park. Although, you know, I've had an inordinate fondness for professional soccer, Absolutely Fabulous, marmalade, and Burberry for years now. Living with a confirmed Anglophile doesn't help either, I suppose.

The intriguing thing, to me, about this interpretation, is that a friend with connections in metalworking and I actually discussed the feasibility of having a pair of full-length brass wings made for me (styled in the fashion of those black feather ones the Goth girls are wearing--I wanted something a little more...authoritative...). We eventually determined that they would be far too heavy for me to ever hope to wear and likely far too sharp for me to wear without cutting my legs and back. Blood and brass. Would have made one hell of a picture. But I digress...
