KARATE MASTER!!!!!

Well, not yet.

I started my new martial arts class (mixture of Kung Fu, Shaolin, Karate and Kempo). I must say that I'm very glad I've been working out with Roger three times a week, because I'd probably not make it through the class. I couldn't do all the sit-ups and push-ups (Master Hiroian was having us do them s-l-o-w). But overall, I feel pretty energized and excited. The class was full and another woman was trying the class for the first time as well. Mostly, I just wanted to watch the brown and green belts do their forms (they look so cool!), but I didn't want to stop practicing what I'd learned.

I'm really proud of myself for sticking with my exercise routine and diet - it's starting to pay off. I just want to be my normal, svelte size 9/10 again. I know I have a lot of work to do, but I know I can get there. I've gone from not being able to do ::one:: push-up to doing 20+, 15 sit-ups at a time to 30+, and not being able to touch my toes to almost getting my head to my knees. The improvements are noticable, the weight is coming off (just lost another 2 pounds) and I feel so much better.

YAY!!!
